I hope you have enjoyed the Sundried Tomato and Cheese Scone recipe this month. I have to say they went down very well in our house and I had to make another batch straight away! If you haven’t had a chance to bake them yet, then there’s still plenty of time to join in. Gutted to miss this one! I was making some soup last week and thought this recipe would be perfect so got all the ingredients, but the soup took longer than I thought so I ran out of time… then I used all the cheese to make enchiladas 😦
